Joahn Hakim

General Cardiologist

John Hakim, MD is a general cardiologist with an interest in treating atrial fibrillation, heart failure, angina, and chest pain. He graduated from Johns Hopkins school of Medicine in 1993, and completed an internal medicine residency at the Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. He was educated in cardiology at West Virginia University and has been on the faculty of University of Louisville. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology and is Board Certified in Cardiology.

John Hakim, MD is a general cardiologist with an interest in treating atrial fibrillation, heart failure, angina, and chest pain. He graduated from Johns Hopkins school of Medicine in 1993, and completed an internal medicine residency at the Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. He was educated in cardiology at West Virginia University and has been on the faculty of University of Louisville. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology and is Board Certified in Cardiology.

She is board-certified through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board and is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. Lareshia and her husband are the proud parents of a son, and in her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, exercising, and traveling.

Virginia Fulton is a pediatric nurse practitioner who has dedicated her career to the promotion of physical and mental healthiness in children and adolescents. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Towson University and worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital on the pediatric oncology and bone marrow transplant unit as well as the general RN float pool throughout the children’s center. Virginia completed her Master’s Degree from the University of Maryland. She has been a pediatric nurse practitioner since 1998 and her NP experience includes the newborn nursery at Johns Hopkins Hospital, in the pediatric emergency department at Sinai Hospital as well as a variety of outpatient and primary care settings. Virginia also has a special interest in behavior health and is a certified primary care mental health specialist as well as a certified cognitive behavior training instructor.
